Hello Everyone! Welcome back! Today I have a card to share that I made for my last library class in August. I love how it turned out! I also used the stamps to create my own designer series paper--lots of fun, and you get the colours that you want! To make this card: 1. Start with a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Smoky Slate card base. Cut a piece of 4" x 5 1/4" Whisper White cardstock and adhere to the card base. Cut a piece of 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" Rich Razzleberry cardstock and using the books, stamp...

Hello Everyone! Welcome back! Today I have a card that was inspired by the amazing Brian King. You can see Brian's amazing original at https://stampwithbrian.com/2019/06/26/check-you-out-for-the-be-inspired-blog-hop/. But I did make some changes to make it more "me" such as brighter colours! Isn't that bookworm so cute!?! I had to stamp and cut out his bowtie (and colour it), but it was worth it! To make this card: 1. Start with a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Crumb Cake Card base. Cut a piece of 4" x 5 1/4" Whisper White cardstock and adhere to the card base. Cut a piece of 3...

Hello! Welcome back! We had a busy weekend around here with a birthday party at Shop & Play Cafe for this little dude: Right after the birthday party we brought home 3 new family members: Building (the Dark Blue Male Betta), Cheese (the Light Blue Female Betta), and Box (the snail). Bentley is responsible for these unusual names! This week, I am featuring the Check You Out Stampset! I originally picked this stampset up for two classes I was doing, one at our local school, and one (well, technically 2 of the 4), I was doing at our local library...

Hello! I know it's Saturday, but I have one last card to share with you using the Come Sail Away bundle! This one comes from one of my team members, Vicki Brooks! I love all the layers she added! Layers are one of my favourite things on a handmade card, but I admit sometimes I don't do them simply to save time. Thanks so much to Vicki for sharing! Remember, you can pick up the supplies for this card in my online store at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net. Have a great weekend! Lisa
