A Flowery Hello!

Hello! Today I have a sweetly flowered card to share with you from our OnStage event last April in Quebec City!  At every OnStage (Stampin' Up!'s version of a conference) we create together--and this was one of the cards we made! The tulips in my garden didn't really come up this year, so this card is a welcome sight!  So springy! To make this card: Start with a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of Pear Pizzazz cardstock.  Score and fold at 4 1/4" to create a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card base.  Cut a piece of Whisper White...

Daisy Lane Birthday

Hello! Welcome back.  Today I have one last card to share with you using the Daisy Lane Bundle.  We made this one at our last card class.  I had CASEd (Copy and Share Everything), a card in Stampin' Success (a magazine that demonstrators receive each month), but changed it up to suit the supplies I had on hand.  It's not my usual colour pallette, but it's good to go outside your comfort zone every once in a while! Stamp & Create Team Spotlight: Patty LeCollier

Hello! Welcome back!  Today I have a card to share with you from my friend and team member, Patty LeCollier!  I love it when my team gives me cards that use my product of the week--they are extremely talented ladies and deserve for their projects to be seen.  Patty made this card as her swap card for our last Stamp & Create Team meeting, and I love it! It also happens to feature the Daisy Lane stampset, my product of the week: I love that Patty used the Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Paper so well!  The humming bird was cut...

Pretty Cards and Paper International Blog Hop - Scalloped Notecards & Envelopes

Hello! Welcome!  Today I am taking part in the Pretty Cards & Paper International Blog Hop.  We've been blogging together for a while, and these are some seriously talented ladies!  This month we are featuring the scalloped notecards & envelopes. Now, I have to admit, I really had to think.  It's been a while since I used the smaller notecard size!  But inspiration struck (and it was bedtime, so I had to make notes and hope for the best, but I am really happy with how it turned out.  I've been featuring the Daisy Lane bundle this week so you...

Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop - Travel

Hello! Welcome!  Today I am taking part in the Scrapbooking Global blog hop.  Our theme this month is travel.  I still need to sort through photos, but I thought I would share my layout anyhow! I've been featuring the Daisy Lane bundle on my blog this week, and I even managed to use it today.  Here's a look at the bundle: I didn't use the Daisy this time around, but I thought that fern suited the paper I chose really well.  And what says travel more than compasses and maps?? And here is my full layout: Make sure you stop...
