Hello Everyone!
Welcome back! I hope you had a great weekend! We spent it at the library, the pool, and visiting family--in other words all of Bentley's favourite things!
This week, I have a new product of the week to showcase for you! Colour Your Season is a limited time bundle that is available August 1st until the 31st--or while supplies last!
Here is my favourite project that I created using this bundle! I actually took two samples created by the Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team and melded them together to create my own sample--and I am so happy with the result!
To make this card:
1. Cut a piece of 5 1/2 x 8 1/2" Thick White Cardstock. Score at 4 1/4" and fold to create a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" card base.
2. Cut a piece of 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" of the wood textures designer series paper (I used one of the grey stained pieces), and adhere to the card base. Cut a piece of 4 1/4 x 1 1/2" of Cherry Cobbler Cardstock and adhere to the cardbase about 1/2" from the bottom of the card. Adhere a 4 1/4" piece of the burlap ribbon to the top of the Cherry Cobbler piece.
3. Die cut a piece of Thick White Cardstock using the smallest bracket thinlit. Stamp the holly and berries in Memento black along the bottom and Merry Christmas in the centre.
4. Using the blends, colour the holly and berries. Adhere to the card base using the dimensionals. Add the green sequins as shown.
That's it!
Enjoy!
