I hope all the moms had a fantastic Mother's Day weekend! I had a nice relaxing one, visiting with family on Saturday, and then on Sunday a day at home with our little family.
I mean, it's always good when you have a dog to use as a backrest while you read, right? The fact he has a giant dog bed to share helps!
Today, I wanted to show the Everyday Hero stampset. I absolutely love this stampset, and we used it to create a few cards the last class:
Perfect for the non-flowery, super hero loving mom, right? This one (and the next)
This one we did at the Sale-a-Bration Celebration. It was a CASE of a black & white card by Rosalie Desmond--I loved it in Black & White, but wanted to try it in colour! I highly recommend the watercolour pencil and a blender pen for the small details in this stampset.
This card is a swap I received at OnStage from Jackie Bultje. Isn't it cute?
I hope you enjoyed these cards! You can pick up the Everyday Hero stampset in my online store at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net -- but as all great things, it's life is almost over, and it's only available for about another week or while supplies last, so don't delay!
