Hello!
I hope you had a great weekend! I worked all weekend (since COVID shutdowns, I've been working evenings and weekends, and Trevor works weekdays, and we switch off with Bentley making sure we all eat supper together--while not ideal, we are both thankful we have been able to keep working), but still had a great weekend!
Today I have a Memory Keeping Pocket Page to share with you from Amanda Farlinger, my partner with Crop Kingston that she created for our last retreat. I love all the details Amanda puts into these!
To create this layout:
Top left - Cut a piece of 4" x 6" Old Olive Cardstock. Cut a piece of the Brown Designer Series Paper to 4" x 6", and diecut the leaf "window" on the left side, adhere to the cardstock. Cut a piece of the Light Blue Designer Series Paper to 1 3/4" x 6" and adhere to the brown layered piece. Cut a piece of the green to 1 1/4" x 4" and cut the end to create the banner and adhere to the layered piece.
Stamp the leaf on a piece of Pretty Peacock cardstock with Pretty Peacock ink, and the second leaf on a piece of Old Olive cardstock with Old Olive ink. Diecut both leaves. Adhere the Pretty Peacock leaf, wrap a piece of the blue twine around the entire card. Adhere the Old Olive leave. Add the sequins to finish the card.
Centre left - Cut a piece of the Birds of Paradise Designer Series Paper to 3" x 4"
Centre right - Cut a piece of the Leaf Designer Series Paper to 3" x 4". Stamp the leaf on a piece of Pretty Peacock cardstock with Pretty Peacock ink, and the second leaf on a piece of Old Olive cardstock with Old Olive ink. Diecut both leaves. Adhere the Pretty Peacock leaf, then adhere the Old Olive leave. Add the sequins to finish the card and the layout.
To create the second page:
Centre left - Cut a piece of the Birds of Paradise Designer Series Paper to 3" x 4"
Centre - Cut a piece of the Brown Designer Series Paper to 3" x 4". Stamp the stripes in Memento. Diecut the leaves from Old Olive cardstock. Adhere to the card.
Centre right - Cut a piece of the Leaf Designer Series Paper to 3" x 4".
Bottom Left - Cut a piece of 4" x 6" Light Blue Designer Series Paper. Cut a piece of 1 1/4" x 4" Brown Designer Series Paper, cut an angle on the end to create a banner, and adhere to the card. Diecut the leaves from the Pretty Peacock cardstock and adhere to the card to finish the layout.
