Hello!
Today I have a card to share with you from my friend and fellow demonstrator, Diane Inkster! I love what she did with the Beautiful Moments stampset to create this card!
Isn't it gorgeous? Bentley has been bugging me to take him to the beach -- which is funny because it's still cold here! Hoping it's warm enough to actually go soon, and that it's safe!
To make this card:
Start with a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of Balmy Blue cardstock. Score and fold at 4 1/4". Stamp the little girls in Balmy Blue on the card base. Cut a piece of the striped designer series paper to 4 1/4" x approx. 1 3/4" and adhere to the card base. Wrap a piece of the twine around and tie a bow. Set aside.
Die cut a circle that is approx 2" from the Shimmery White cardstock, and a coordinating scalloped circle from Basic Black cardstock. Stamp the little girls on the cut circle in Memento ink. Colour with the blends (hint: start with the light colour, highlight with the dark, and colour to blend with the light). Adhere the coloured circle to the scalloped circle. Adhere to the card base using dimensionals. Scatter the sequins to finish.
