Hello Everyone!
We are hopefully seeing the light at the end of the tunnel around here, and life getting organized. Things are still insanely busy, but at least getting to the point where I can breathe a bit!
Today I have a card we made at our weekend retreat in February for those that took the Brushos class. I love the simplicity of this card!
To make this card:
1. Take a piece of Old Olive cardstock that is 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". Score at 4 1/4" to create a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card base. Set aside.
2. Cut a piece of 4" x 5 1/4" Shimmery White Cardstock (watercolour paper would also work well!). Stamp the flower images in versamark. Use the white embossing powder and heat gun to set the image. Use the aqua painter to moisten the flower portion of the images. Sprinkle on the Brusho powder of your choice (here I used the Gamboge) lightly. Use the aqua painter again to move the colour around again. Repeat with the Moss Green on the leaves of the image. Use the heat gun to dry.
3. Stamp the sentiment of your choice in versamark. Use the gold embossing powder and heat gun to set the image. Adhere the shimmery white piece to the card base.
That's it! Enjoy!
