Today, I have a new card to share with you using the Little Twinkle suite. I cannot tell you how much I love the paper in this suite! And the stampset is so adorable!
I forget sometimes that blue can work for boys and girls, especially if you pair it with a stripe that has blue, pink, and some neutrals. And who doesn't love Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star (are you singing it yet?).
Possibly the best part of this card is that it could be easily mass produced--and would make a really sweet baby shower invitation (or gift card--it's multipurpose like that, which personally I love!).
To make this card:
1. Cut thick white cardstock to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4" to create a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card base. Cut the blue constellation paper to 4" x 5 1/4". Cut the stripe paper to 5 1/4" x 3 /4". Adhere the striped paper onto the constellation paper and the constellation paper onto the card base.
2. Cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 2 1/2" x 2 1/2". Stamp the heart constellation in pool party. Stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy. Adhere to the card front against the striped paper, approx. 3/4" from the top and 3/4" from the right side.
3. Use the Pool Party & Silver Bakers Twine to create a bow.
