Happy Monday!
Here’s another way to use the Adventurous Journey stamp set! This is a simple and easy way to make a quick and cute card (psst… check out my monthly Quick & Cute Card Classes - they are super fun and you get to make 6 cards for only $35).
This slim piece of paper is a perfect way to use up any larger scraps of paper you might have lying around and are not sure what to do with; it’s too large to throw away, too small to turn into the base for a regular card. To spice it up a little, I chose to match the canoe graphic to the coloured paper stripes on the side.
I made the outline of everything and the words black, the hat and lily pads green, and the little fish purple! This colour coordination ties the whole project together and makes it seem perfectly planned out, rather than randomly arranged. Finally, to add a little bit of fun and flair, I added some little opal rounds as a pop of colour and texture! This was a super fun card to make, and I hope it inspires you to look outside your comfort zone when crafting as well.
