Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! Mine started off with taxes, very little sleep Saturday night thanks to a little boy that fell asleep extremely early (and woke up at 10:30pm!), but it got better thankfully! Bentley loves swimming lessons and he had a particularly good lesson this week, which always puts him in a great mood!
Today I have a scrapbook layout to share with you from our last crop! Not only were we able to raise just under $100 for Martha's Table, we met some new friends, caught up with old friends, and had a great day of crafting!
For today, I am going to share the scrapbook layout I made for our make & takes:
Perfect for baby photos of either the human babies or the animal babies in your life, right?
To make this layout:
Use the 12x12 Whisper White cardstock as your base. Cut the green designer series paper to 6" x 8" and adhere to the page. Cut the leaf/frog paper to 3"x12" and adhere. Cut the brown animal print to 6 3/4" x 5 1/2" and adhere on top of the green. Next cut two photo mats in Whisper White to 3x5 and adhere to the brown animal print. Adhere a second piece of the brown animal print approx. 7" x 3" with a white journaling mat approx. 6 1/2 x 2 3/4" on top to the right of the frog/leaf paper. Punch a 2 1/4" circle in Shaded Spruce and adhere. Die cut a frog from the designer series paper and adhere to the shaded spruce circle. Punch a label using the Story Label punch from Crumb cake cardstock. Punch the granny apple green paper using the tailored tag punch. Stamp the sentiment on the punched granny apple green piece. Adhere to the crumb cake punched piece, and adhere the layered piece to the layout using dimensionals.
