Let Hope Be Your Anchor

Posted by Lisa Henderson on

Hello!

Today I am featuring a project I created for our last crop with Crop Kingston.  At our July crop, we used the Come Sail Away Memories & More cards, a part of the suite I am featuring over the next two weeks:

Amanda and I switch back and forth between the 3D project and the card, and after her amazing frame project, it was up to me to make the card.  But I am really happy with how it turned out!

I love the sentiment: Let Hope be your Anchor Through the Storms of Life.  Perfect for a sympathy or thinking of you card!

I also use the Magnolia Lane Memories & More Large Specialty Cards & Envelopes, which made this card incredibly easy!

To make this card, start with the premade card base.  Adhere the green memories & more 4x6 card.  Layer on the 3x4 black and white stripe memories & more card, adding a 4" strip of the rope sticker top & bottom of the striped card.  Using dimensionals, add the green anchor 3x4 card.  Stamp the sentiment in memento black on the label sticker.  Layer the leaf stickers behind the label and adhere the labelled piece using dimensionals.  Adhere the anchor sticker to the envelope.  That's it!  Super quick and easy!

You can pick up the supplies for this project and more in my online store at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net or by clicking the product links below.

Enjoy!
