Welcome back! I hope you all had a great weekend! Bentley and I started out the weekend by going to the Redblacks game in Ottawa with my parents, sister, and nephew. Then we spent a very tired weekend, painting Bentley's room. I can't wait for the finished product to be done!
This week I am featuring the Butterfly Wishes stampset:
I made this card a while back, during our preorder period. This stampset is a great one--and I decided to use it to create another card using the faux floating frame technique. When you use the coordinating Butterfly Duet punch, it makes it super easy!!
I have to admit, I love this technique, as it has a ton of impact! There are many ways to do this, but my favourite way is to use a window sheet, adhere my cutouts to the window sheet with tear tape. Then I take the entire sheet, place dimensionals behind the cutouts and adhere to the card base.
