3d cards are not something that I do a lot of. I need to more often, but usually I'm trying to meet a deadline, and a regular card fits my timeline best. But for July's card class, I decided to do a teepee card after seeing this video:

How much fun would this have been to receive as a kid??? On the Have a Dino-rrific birthday side, I added the blank circles for writing the to and from. Everyone seemed to like this at class, even if it's not necessarily the easiest to put together! Once you've done one or two though, it's not bad. Here's some larger individual photos:
And if you are afraid of trying, don't be. To make the teepee, it is 3 pieces of 4" x 4" cardstock. That is not a lot for a 3D project. Especially if you do it in Whisper White--Use a 12"x12" page and you'll get 3 teepees--lots to practice with!
