Happy Birthday with the Sailing Home stampset

Hello! I hope you had a fantastic weekend!  We kept things simple with routine.  Sometimes you just need one of those weekends!  Last week I was sharing projects using the Come Sail Away suite, and I am still featuring it this week: Today I have a card to share that we made for a class in June.  I made both a Father's Day and a Birthday card version.  Today I am sharing the Birthday version! With this card, I used the anchor in the stampset to make my own designer series paper! To make this card, start with a 4...

Come Sail Away Swap Card with Glenda Mollet

Hello! Welcome back!  Today I have a card to share from my fellow demonstrator and online friend, Glenda Mollet. This set features my product of the week (next two weeks actually!), the Come Sail Away suite. Confession time.  I was on the fence about this set.  And then I received Glenda's swap card!  I have to admit, it was the combination of the Come Sail Away bundle and the Woven Heirlooms stampset.  They go together so beautifully! Isn't it simply beautiful?  You can pick up the supplies in my online store at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net or by clicking the product links below. Enjoy!...

Stamp & Create Team Spotlight: Amanda Farlinger

Today I am featuring a layout created by my team member and partner with Crop Kingston.  We worked with the Come Sail Away Memories & More this month, apart of the Come Sail Away suite: Amanda make amazing layouts with Memories & More.  And this month was no different! If you are looking to create interest with pocket pages, the trick is to layer the cards and accessories to create interest like Amanda did with the top left corner.  They are a small area, so a ton of detail is not necessary, but just a few small details go...

You Me & The Sea

Hello! Today I am featuring a layout I created for our last crop with Crop Kingston. Hello! This week I have been featuring the Come Sail Away bundle on my blog, and I have 2 weeks of projects lined up for you! I've been having a lot of fun with this suite, and today I have a scrapbook layout to share with you that was another one of our make & takes at the last crop (did you know that we have FOUR make & takes at each of our crops!!!).  This one came together pretty quick, thanks to...

Let Hope Be Your Anchor

Hello! Today I am featuring a project I created for our last crop with Crop Kingston.  At our July crop, we used the Come Sail Away Memories & More cards, a part of the suite I am featuring over the next two weeks: Amanda and I switch back and forth between the 3D project and the card, and after her amazing frame project, it was up to me to make the card.  But I am really happy with how it turned out! I love the sentiment: Let Hope be your Anchor Through the Storms of Life.  Perfect for a sympathy...
