Merry Christmas featuring Jackie Topa

Hello! Welcome back!  Today I have a card to share with you from another fellow demonstrator, Jackie Topa.  This card caught everyone's eye--the amount of detail is amazing! The wreath she made by stamping again and again in multiple layers some with just ink, some with the black glitter embossing powder.  It is absolutely incredible in real life!  When I first started stamping, I discovered Jackie's work as she was considered the queen of punch art!  I am honoured that she participated in our card swap! Enjoy!       I am so excited to announce that I will be...

Snowman Ornament

Hello! Today I have an ornament that we made as one of the make & takes at our winter retreat.  From day one when the snow globe domes were released all I could think about was how to make an ornament!  This one is very simple, but snowmen are always a favourite around here. If you use the die for the snow globe to cut the inner hole, once the silver paper is in place, you can trim around the frame with scissors.  Easy peasy! To...

Let It Snow!

Hello! Welcome back!  Today I have a card to share with you that was from one of the classes we did at our Fall Retreat!  Thank you so much to those that signed up.  I really appreciate all the support.  As an added bonus, this was a new technique for me too!  But I love this shutter card.  And it uses this weeks product of the week, Let It Snow. Once you figure out how to do the mechanism, the rest is very simple! Isn't that snowman adorable!  I really wish I felt that way about snow--but I do feel...
