Hello! Today I have a sweetly flowered card to share with you from our OnStage event last April in Quebec City! At every OnStage (Stampin' Up!'s version of a conference) we create together--and this was one of the cards we made! The tulips in my garden didn't really come up this year, so this card is a welcome sight! So springy! To make this card: Start with a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of Pear Pizzazz cardstock.
